The company teamworx mediamanagement GmbH, the website www.vielgesundheit.at and its data protection design should be perceived as a customer-oriented, understandable quality feature.

vielgesundheit.at informs the user about the personal data component that is processed in vielgesundheit.at’ systems or in the systems of the service providers. Personal data is information that can be assigned to a person, both directly and indirectly.

Purpose of Data Processing, Legal Basis

The information that is transmitted to the server of this website is as follows:

  • IP address of the requesting device,
  • Date and time of call-up, time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
  • Name and URL of the retrieved file,
  • Web page/application from which the access takes place (referrer URL),
  • Content of the request
  • Access status / http status code
  • Amount of data transferred in each case
  • Website from which the request is made
  • Browser used
  • Operating system and its interface
  • Language and version of the browser software

These so-called log files are stored for the following purposes:

  • Guarantee a smooth connection establishment
  • Guarantee a comfortable use of our website/application
  • Evaluation of system security and stability

This entitled interest constitutes the legal basis for the processing in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f DSGVO.

 

 

 

 

Data Transmission and Storage Duration

Data will only be transferred to security authorities and competent courts in case of illegal use. In such case, the data will be stored for up to three years in accordance with §§ 1293 ff ABGB.

The server is made available to vielgesundheit.at by a service provider who is contractually obliged to do so in accordance with Article 28 DSGVO.

  1. Live Webinars, Online Symposiums, Online Talks, Online Workshops, Webcasts and Web Conferences

 

Purpose of Data Processing, Legal Basis

The users’ participation in live webinars, online symposiums, online talks, online workshops, webcasts and web conferences takes place on the basis of a contract (contract to attend an event), the legal basis for processing the transmitted data is contained in Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit b and f DSGVO. The processing of the users’ data is carried out to fulfil the following purposes:

  • Connection and provision of technical facilities
  • Ensuring compliance with § 50 ff AMG and § 51 AMG ("Advertising of medicinal products" and amateur advertising)
  • Provision of a chat system to ask and answer questions
  • Promotion of the event

The following data will be stored for contract processing:

  • Professional group
  • ÖÄK doctor number or job title
  • Salutation
  • Title
  • Name
  • E-mail address
  • Content data, text entries in the chat, photographs that the user shares, video files or acoustic files around conversations or videos needed to publish or stream the conference.

The user is responsible for the content they send themselves. The user should ensure that files are free of malware.

The user could also be subject to recourse claims due to inadmissible content that the user transmits to vielgesundheit.at.

Online talks are published online for 6 months and then archived.

vielgesundheit.at offers videos-on-demand, which are are provided up to one year and then archived.

The question service and the related correspondence is stored for 6 months and then archived.

The archive of vielgesundheit.at is used for accounting purposes and is deleted after the 7-year retention period.

  1. Newsletter Dispatch

 

Purposes of Data Processing / Legal Basis

The contents of the newsletter include campaigns as well as goods and services of teamworx mediamanagement GmbH.

To receive the newsletter, the user needs a valid e-mail address. vielgesundheit.at will check the e-mail address the user has entered (double opt-in) to ensure that the user is the owner of the e-mail address or that the owner has authorized the receipt of the newsletter. With the users’ registration to the newsletter, vielgesundheit.at will save the users’ IP address and the date and time of their registration. This serves as a safeguard in case a third party misuses the users’ e-mail address and subscribes to the newsletter without the user knowing. Only through the users’ click on the confirmation link, will the e-mail address be added to vielgesundheit.at’ mailing list.

With the users’ consent, vielgesundheit.at records the usage behaviour on the websites operated by vielgesundheit.at and the newsletters it sends out. For this purpose, vielgesundheit.at uses CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG.

The legal basis for this is the existence of a corresponding consent in accordance with Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a DSGVO.

Regarding the use of the users’ personal data to receive the newsletter, the user will be asked for their consent as follows: "I agree to receive the newsletter, which contains information about the offer of teamworx mediamanagement GmbH. Further information about the newsletter dispatch can be found in our data protection declaration".

Recipients/Categories of Recipients

CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, as an external processor, is contractually obligated to carry out the newsletter dispatch (CleverReach) according to Article 28 DSGVO.

Newsletter Tracking

vielgesundheit.at newsletters contain so-called web bugs, which enables the company to recognize whether and when an e-mail was opened and which links in the e-mail were followed by the personalized recipient. vielgesundheit.at stores this data for newsletter optimization, so that the interests of the subscribers can be satisfied. With the revocation of the consent to receive the newsletter, the consent to the tracking is also revoked.

Storage Duration/Criteria for Determining the Storage Duration

The storage period is 3 years or the time until the user withdraws their consent.

Termination/Revocation

If the user submits an objection, the contact address will be blocked for any further processing of data.

Due to technical conditions and a necessary lead time of advertisements, it may happen that although the user has filed an objection, advertising material will be sent. This does not mean that vielgesundheit.at will not implement the users’ objection, but that the advertising mailing was processed at the same time. vielgesundheit.at thanks the user for their understanding.

In accordance with Art. 32 DSGVO, vielgesundheit.at takes technical and organizational security measures to protect the rights and freedoms of persons.

vielgesundheit.at has created the technical possibility that ensures the user to ask questions anonymously.

Regarding the data protection regulations, the user can contact vielgesundheit.at at any time free of charge at office@vielgesundheit.at or by mail (teamworx mediamanagement GmbH, Schottenfeldgasse 60/2/33, 1070 Vienna, AUSTRIA). This concerns questions regarding the collection, processing or use of the users’ personal data and legal claims such as information, correction, blocking, deletion, transfer or a revocation of a granted consent as well as objection to the processing of the data.

If there are any changes to the users’ personal data, such as a change of name, job title, etc., vielgesundheit.at asks the user to inform them.

vielgesundheit.at will respond to all reasonable requests within the legal framework free of charge and as soon as possible. vielgesundheit.at would like to point out that a legal obligation to preserve records may prevent deletion or revocation.

If the user believes that the processing of their data violates data protection law or their data protection rights have been violated in any way, the user can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, the data protection authority is responsible.
